The technique of evaluating mental fatigue is not established. We performed fatigue analysis by subjectivity evaluation with the electroencephalography (EEC) when giving a calculation subject and inducing mental fatigue. As a result, the method of evaluating mental fatigue was suggested. The color-light environment was changed with red, blue, green and yellow for the purpose of next performing mental fatigue mitigation. It was suggested on the color-light environment used that there was the fatigue reduction effect green.
