The experimental results obtained are compared with the numerical simulations. The new numerical model of an inclined wall thermal is proposed, in which the distribution of grain size is taken into account. The model consists of the continuity equation, the mass conservation equation and the momentum equation. In the model, the dimensionless value a related to the entrainment coefficient E_W, the form drag coefficient C_D, and the grain size D_s are chosen as parameters.
