| 内容記述 | A theoretical model of an integrated system has been established for productivity and profits. The model was constructed with three functions; process formation, production scheduling, and material planning in relation to production speed, planned production, optimal ordering quantity, and the number of production mix. In addition, to investigate the use of this theoretical model, this thesis was used for numerical test as to a process formation system. As a result of using this model, higher productivity and shorter operating times were achieved through a new line balance technique which is proposed in this thesis. Also, by considering multi-period and multi-product mix, it was confirmed that this model is effective for the improvement of profits and minimization of production costs. | |||||
