| 内容記述 | For the medical and welfare robots’ actuators, we have developed the artificial muscle using the Shape Memory Alloy (SMA), which is an alloy material of superelastic, of soft, and of excellent power weight ratio. Instead of these characteristics, the commercially available one has not satisfied our purpose. So in this report, non-treatment TiNi alloy treatment by various treatment conditions of temperature and of duration was described. Consequently the best treatment condition, 500 \C\ and 30 minutes in the air, was revealed to satisfy our purpose. | |||||
