| 内容記述 | Today Japan is becoming an aging society. It is expected tat the aged who is over sixty-five will occupy about 25 percent of Japanese population. Thus medical care will be very important for us. The aged who need medical care contain many old persons with dementia. Because of their dementia they need to be cared especially. We have done a preliminary study of medical care to construct a support system of medical care for the demented. So this time we developed a magnetic detecting device and got a correlation coefficients in HDS-R. The magnetic detecting device reacts to the demented and counts the number of the demented who passes on it. And it is useful for the demented’ s avoiding danger and recognizing their demented who passes on it. And it is useful for the demented’ s throwing it away and so on. So we constructed the magnetic detecting device with magnets and coils, made some experiments and made a certain of the efficiency. A dementia auto diagnosis system rates a degree of dementia which is useful for medical care. Generally a diagnosis of dementia is made by a doctor or social worker with know-how and experience with the revised version of Hasegawa’ s Dementia Scale (HDS-R) and so on. But because the variation of a dementia in a short time is found to exist owing to our study, it is necessary to know a degree of dementia frequently in a case of home medical care. So we evaluated correlation coefficients between a total score of HDS-R and an each question score to apply them to the dementia auto diagnosis system. | |||||
