| 内容記述 | In this study, a degree of influence due to posture in visual display terminal operations are assessed by tremor and surface EMG in a trapezius muscle of normal 7 subjects when an increase of \theta\ (angle of between the upper extremity and the upper arm). Tremor are measured with the piezoelectric accelerometers. The acceleration signals are with charge amplifiers. Surface EMG signals in a trapezius muscle are highly amplified by a polygraph system. The two signals are digitized by an A/D converter and are recorded by a digital oscillograph for analyzing. then the signals are analyzed by FFT spectrograms. The main frequencies are adapted to the maximum peak frequencies on the FFT spectrograms. We calculate the integrated area of measured EMG signals and tremor signals and tremor signals through an epoch of 5 msec, according to the characteristic of an appropriate computer program. The two areas named as EMG area and tremor area. The following phenomena are found. (1) The tremorarea and the EMG area increase by increase of \theta\ . (2) There is a positive relationship between the EMG area and the tremor area and tremor intensity (1-5[Hz]). In addition, there is a positive relationship between \theta\ and tremor area and tremor intensity (1-5[Hz]). (3) Coefficient of variation of EMG area increase \theta\ but tremor area showed certain value. Mean of coefficient variation of EMG and tremor area 0.630 and 0.134. From (1)~(3), the tremor area can be used as a effective assessment method for degree of influence due to posture in visual display terminal operations. Using the tremor area, we it can easily and mechanically evaluate the level of posture effect. The variation among subjects can be decrease using evaluating tremor as an index to the degree of due to posture. | |||||
