| 内容記述 | As tremor is very subtle and complicated phenomena, the theoretical study of the tremor modulating factors is needed in order to apply it to the clinical diagnoses. Measurements of physiological and parkinsonian tremor are executed on 40 parkinsonian patients and 32 essential tremor patient as well as 20 normal subjects, using the two new parameters (main frequency and its tremor intensity). Especially the severity parkinsonian tremor is studied from the point of view of changes in main frequency and the intensity. The measured data show good coincidence with a result of computer simulation, in which the model based on the proposed signal modulating theory is applied. The simulation shows also that the tremor modulating factors may be classified in 3 main categories, namely voluntary factors, stress factors as mental and physical fatigue and severity of pathological changes such as parkinsonian disease. | |||||
