| 内容記述 | The technology of information systems has made progress. Thus, it is expected that such information systems will greatly contribute to improving the quality of life. In United States, a project called NII is undergoing development. Many local governmental and non-governmental organizations are joining together to construct this NII information infrastructure. In Silicon Valley, a site famous for the concentration of high-tech industry, people are experimenting with both their lifestyles and the way they do their jobs by using the Internet or other advanced information technology. “Joint Venture: Silicon Valley” is a kernel organization around which a network has been formed. One of the main nodes is Smart Valley Initiative. SVI is a non-profit organization that plays an important role for applying information technology to education, the public sector, and local residents. In addition, the human communication network is an important function for facilitating various projects. The following study analyzes the amenity based on discussions with concerned individuals in the field investigation as well as published materials. | |||||
