| 内容記述 | A circadian rhythm of the minor tremor frequency was investigated. Subjects were 6 healthy volunteers (4 men, 2 women, the mean age was 22 yeas old). Accelerometric recording of the minor tremor was measured as follows. A curve of the tremors acceleration was measured by piezoelectric accelerometers on subject who was sat on a chair and put his elbow on a desk. Accelerometers (NEC San-ei, 9G320S) were bilaterally attached to the subject’s thumb base of the upper limbs. The signal from the accelerometers were changed into fast fourier transform spectrogram by the analysis program (MATLAB). Main frequency between 6Hz and 10Hz was obtained as a minor tremor frequency. Subject’s minor tremor frequency was measured in the morning, noon and the evening. This study shows that the variation of the minor tremor frequency between the subjects was small at the morning and the evening. The minor tremor frequency showed large variation between the subjects at noon. The minor tremor frequencies at left and right upper limb were varied coincidentally. | |||||
