| 内容記述 | The rice crop was brought to Japan about 2,400-2,500 yeas ago. Since then, Japanese has continued to develop the farming land until recently. Especially, the reclamation had been continued on a magnificent scale by Tokugawa Schogunate and many of the feudal lords during the Edo-period (from the beginning of 17 century to the first half of 19). Consequently, wide and large-scale water front for paddy had been formed and many small living things had been offered the dwelling place. Particularly, small ecology system of fishes had been made in the area of water-way for irrigation. However, in the course of high-growth economy after 1960s, the improvement of wet-rice-field taken for modernization of agriculture was promoted. As a result, the formerly formed ecology system of small animals and plants got ruined and conservation works of the water-way for irrigation narrowed their living place. In this paper, we follow the process of the history of reclamation at Kojima Bay in Okayama prefecture since 17 century; that was the typical representative of the reclamation in japan, and we consider the pernicious influence to the ecology system of fishes by the latest improvement of water-way and the measure for restoration in reference to the protection of natural monument “Leptobotia curta” at Asahi river. | |||||
