| 内容記述 | The object of this study is to investigate the relationship between the high performance and physical fitness in case of elite swimmers based on the MIS (management Information system) physical information. MIS was a data base consisted of five factors as follows; (1) medical Information (2) Physical information (3) Mental Information (4) Nutrition Information and (5) performance Information and MIS was the system programmed for training of elite athletes belonging to each Niigata sports association. On this paper, for short case studies on the example of swimmers, the relationship between the high performance and physical fitness was studied. The factors of physical fitness was as follows; (1) Aerobic capacity with VO2max, AT (2) Aerobic capacity with the maximum aerobic power in tractional swimming (3) Physical form | |||||
