| 内容記述 | Genetic polymorphism among the local community around Nagaoka was investigated by PCR-RAPD analysis in Glycine soja, the wild annual progenitor of soybean (G. max). Genetic distances between every pair of collected samples were calculated according to shared or polymorphic bands of RAPD. Genetic distances among siblings were no more than 0.011, which suggest individual plants should be nearly homozygote. Genetic distances from one sample to others within the same group were closer than that to others out of the group but not always so close as that between siblings. Each group was placed as a separate cluster from others on the phylogenetic tree based on genetic distances and the two groups along the same river flow settled in the neighborhood on the free. These results indicate that each group has run on reproduction as mixed lines and isolated from one another with a little genetic flow by river stream or so. Soybean has 16 characteristic polymorphism in RAPD and settled as an out group on the phylogenetic tree. | |||||
