| 内容記述 | In this study, we aim on examining whether the single-family housing areas developed concentrated in the 1965 to 1975 period can keep Sustainability in the future from the viewpoint of building renewal and residence continuation. As a result, we clarify followings. 1) With the resident aging the households only of the parental generation increase by the independence of children. 2) Reconstruction of the renewal stage housing has not proceeded much. 3) Even if about the half of residents are not satisfied with their housing, almost of them don't want to reconstruct theirs. | |||||
